Sign in with your full email address eg name@sanderson.asn.au or your.name@sanderson.asn.au and password. Choose either NeoMail, horde or SquirrelMail, it is up to you (NeoMail is better I think) and then follow the instructions!

This should not be a replacement for your normal email email client eg Outlook Express.
